My aim is to pull the viewer into my canvas and enter other dimensions.

My paintings raise questions challenging the viewer to provide answers.

It is expressionism in it's purest form. Love, pain, joy, decicions, toughts and curiosity. Its all there.

I attempt to open the door to sensibility in what seems to me a sometimes heartless society.

I was born in the Netherlands, graduated as a designer, creating artificial environments as artform for years.

I was inspired as a young boy by paintings from Dutch masters like Hieronymus Bosch, Bruegel and the art of M.C. Escher and by Salvador Dali.

 

I have developed my own unique style employing bright colors, symbolism in details and realism in a surreal environment.

Working from Europe and Central America I provide the art world with a new and inspiring style of expressionism.
